Responsibilities
Lead the creation of the global brand strategy for SMA, ensuring it reflects patient needs, market opportunities, and competitive differentiation. Ensure roll out of the global brand plan for apitegromab across the organization and partner with regional and local teams to adapt global strategies to meet local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and healthcare system needs.
Accountable for providing strategic input into competitive strategy to address current and future competitors
Collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, and market access teams to shape the life cycle management of apitegromab in SMA
Develop and oversee the launch strategy and plan across local affiliates ensuring alignment with global objectives and launch readiness
Monitor and optimize launch performance through the robust development of launch performance dashboard, incorporating data-driven insights and best practices in collaboration with Market Insights lead
Support the development and launch of the global unbranded campaign and branded campaign tailored to market requirements
Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and design teams to create cost-effective, scalable packaging solutions to meet relevant country requirements
Serve as the key marketing point of contact for local affiliates, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Support patient services tactics tailored to market requirements
Lead the development, execution and best practice sharing of global tactical plans

Required
Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, with experience in global or regional roles.
Proven track record of leading successful launches in Europe, preferably in rare diseases or neurology.
Expertise in SMA or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in multichannel marketing and campaign execution.
Knowledge of European regulatory and market access environments.
Patient-focused mindset with a passion for improving lives in rare diseases.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Collaborative and culturally aware, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
Team oriented and willingness to go the extra mile.
