Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT services and staff augmentation space.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.
Develop customized pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
Establish strong relationships with senior executives, including CTOs, CIOs, and HR leaders, at potential and existing client organizations.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to refine business development strategies.
Provide market feedback to help the internal team align service offerings with client expectations.
Work closely with the India-based operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and timely delivery of services.
Ensure transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and expectations.

Required

Proven experience (8+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in IT services, technology consulting, or staff augmentation.
Strong network of contacts in the US technology or HR space is highly desirable.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-only structure.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to close deals and generate significant revenue within a competitive market.
