Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical network, ensuring efficient scheduling, staffing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Partner with the People team and Clinical leadership to coach and provide feedback to clinicians to improve performance and service delivery
Build and maintain relationships across the clinical network and broader operations team
Analyze key metrics and performance data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate on process improvements to enhance clinical workflows and service delivery.
Partner with the marketing team to support outgoing provider communications and messaging
Support a collaborative network culture through technology, programming, and communication

Required
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A genuine interest in people and enjoyment of building relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred
Experience in digital health or mental health services is a plus.
