Responsibilities

Contribute methodological expertise across a range of quantitative and qualitative research approaches
Execute or manage complex research and evaluation tasks for federal clients, including developing research designs and analysis plans
Collaborate with or manage project teams while meeting deadlines and resolving complex challenges
Support business development activities, including proposal writing and development
Develop and disseminate project deliverables and share findings through various communication channels

Required

Bachelor's degree + 5 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD
Demonstrated technical expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods for program evaluation
Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative analysis, data collection, and reporting
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
Commitment to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in research approaches

Preferred

Experience with business development and proposal or grant writing
Knowledge of relevant statistical and qualitative software packages (e.g., SAS, Stata, R, NVivo, Tableau, ArcGIS)
Aptitude for mentoring less-experienced staff and managing multidisciplinary teams
