Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify new leads through strategic outreach and industry networking.
Segment territories to identify high-value opportunities and drive new customer acquisition.
Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and company objectives.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations, showcasing Grin’s remote monitoring, virtual consultation capabilities, and best-in-class communication platform.
Partner with customers to understand their unique business objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Advocate for innovative digital workflows and scalable solutions that help practitioners modernize operations and maximize efficiency.
Lead conversations that challenge traditional practices, presenting data-driven insights and strategies for sustainable growth.
Empower customers to adopt new technologies and processes that enhance their ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Grin’s solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to optimize their experience and expand usage.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Drive participation in events such as webinars, study clubs, to foster peer-to-peer endorsements.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team to refine commercial strategies and product offerings.

Required

Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within orthodontics/dental, or the medical technology industries.
Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decision-making.
Strong prospecting, hunting, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven reporting.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High IT literacy and an appreciation for innovative technologies.

Preferred

Located close to a major metropolitan area for outside positions.
