Responsibilities

Execute quarterly planned strategic plans within the assigned region in the areas of marketing, sales, and revenue and operational control & expenses

Responsible for the supervision of staff and operational requirements of several branch/retail locations

Oversee monthly schedules for the assigned region in terms of labor hours and work schedules

Responsible for evaluating candidates and help process new hires and documentation

Manage communications with customers, employees and other personnel in writing

Observe, motivate and train staff to have knowledge of company policies, money service business regulations, remittance payments, checks and other services offered

Grow current and new branch business through grassroot promotions

Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

Expand our network through business expansion and business acquisitions that will need to be approved by upper management (small business, supermarket chains)

Required

High School diploma or GED required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Work schedule availability including the ability to work weekends

Possess experience supervising employees, motivating the team and conducting disciplinary action

Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid driver license, reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the company and state law

The key characteristics this individual must possess are excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates initiative and great phone etiquette

Basic knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees within the company and work well with others or independently

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small or large group situation

Preferred

Bachelors degree (or higher) from an accredited university or college preferred

Knowledge of Money Transfer Industry a plus
