Responsibilities
Rapidly scale an enterprise sales organization to service the video AI monitoring community.
Manage the organization in alignment with Actuate’s Series B expansion strategies.
Develop growth strategies with the executive team.
Grow the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth and meet company goals.
Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
Prospect and close relationships with key target clients.
Drive the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from prospect to customer acquisition to engagement.
Fill performance gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Marketing.
Develop and implement robust sales management processes per channel and segment pipeline, account planning, proposals, etc.
Drive sales best practices and consistency using appropriate sales process; methodologies.
Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning.

Required
Ability to develop, craft and execute GTM business strategies.
History of data driven decision-making based on business metrics.
Prior experience operating in and scaling up early stage, Series B companies.
Consistent track record of quota achievement.
Large, global, enterprise-level account selling experience (both net-new and account management/expansion).
Experience hiring, retaining and developing a high performing, agile sales organization in alignment with overall company goals, objectives and key investment areas.
Proven success leading sales teams for high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS businesses, with specific experience growing a revenue stream from.
An appetite and willingness to manage a global sales team while being strategically flexible to market demands region to region, customer to customer, application to application.
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills are critical.
Preferred
Significant general management and P&L experience.
Strong knowledge of CRM and lead generation processes and systems.
