Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative paid search strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization. This includes building landing pages, running A/B tests, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic.
Engage in the hands-on management of paid search campaigns.
Manage A/B testing and optimization to ensure optimal allocation and ROI maximization.
Collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders and providing updates.

Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing PPC campaigns for B2B companies specifically for lead generation.
Demonstrated ability in working hands-on in PPC account optimizations in B2B settings.
Experience building & A/B testing landing pages and integration with CRMs such as Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Preferred
Experience in analyzing digital traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using web analytics tools.
Effective Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with key digital marketing areas: Email marketing, SEO, SEM, marketing automation, CRO & A/B testing.
