Responsibilities
Establish customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
Promote products and facilitate customer needs by assessing qualifications and explaining product/service benefits
Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services
Maintain customer database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
Ensure quality service by adhering to departmental and company policies and standards

Required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
Proficient in computer and data-entry tasks
Must have excellent telephone customer service skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred
Knowledge of the medical industry
Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
Familiarity with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems
Experience using dual monitors for enhanced productivity
Previous experience in a remote work environment
