Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and strategic objectives
Devise comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs
Understand product mechanics, business profitability targets, and main KPIs
Support in defining and understanding core avatars of the brands
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creative
Ensure alignment between ad messaging and brand identity + compliance.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance creatives
Manage junior meta-media buyers and enforce proper naming schemes
Make ad account optimizations alongside junior media buyers
Following Easy A structures and scaling strategies
Leverage tools such as TripleWhale to make growth-focused decisions across platforms
Analyze ad performance per platform and brand-wide
Provide regular insights and recommendations to clients based on analysis
Provide updates and responses to the client in shared channels weekly
Finalize & present monthly ad reports to clients for clear action plans for the upcoming month.
Analyze and provide feedback on all landing pages
Support in the development of new landing page tests messaging, and ideas from ads
Leverage insights from Landing pages & test to improve overall ad performance
Manage Clickup activity proactively to communicate project updates
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues (pixel, tracking, ad restrictions, new updates, etc.)
Lead team calls and provide clear updates on client performance.
Process the client assets folder to know what content we have to work with
Work alongside the UGC manager for the generation of new content
Learn from industry experts and peers on what is working for them now
Create a backlog of tests to launch for individual brands and ad platforms
Launch, monitor, and report on learning and insights from new tests launched

Required
Proven experience scaling Shopify brands to multiple 7 and 8 figures in 2024.
Clear evidence of scaling Shopify brands through Facebook Ads and CRO.
Ability to deliver consistent, and profitable results at scale for multiple brands.
Abundant experience media buying on social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Strategic thinker who can lead and inspire a team, as well as uphold a standard of excellence.
Thrives in high-stakes environments and is comfortable managing large budgets.
