Responsibilities
Supports and participates in relevant programs
Manages aspects of related projects
Provides daily support in maintaining program documentation
Coordinates and schedules meetings and/or summits
Produces data
Analyzes data
Creates program or project reports and presentations
Conducts research
Supports training activities
Provides other types of administrative support to a variety of programs within the department
Communicates regularly with stakeholders, clinical leaders, managers, team members and regional/system staff
Performs full and complex project functions
Exercises independent judgment, professionalism, autonomy, and initiative
Interfaces with both internal and external customers that requires considerable discretion and diplomacy
Assists in meeting regional and department goals and objectives
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner

Required
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
2+ years of demonstrated relevant work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in program planning and project or business/clinical operations.
