Responsibilities
Define and drive Hedlyner’s technical vision, aligning development efforts with the company's long-term business goals and market opportunities.
Cultivate a team of developers who are not only technically skilled but also empowered to think critically, innovate, and adopt a 'challenge the status quo' mindset.
Balance high-level strategy with hands-on contributions, particularly in architecting scalable solutions and overseeing key development milestones.
Work closely with the CEO to shape the roadmap, explore new opportunities (like AI integrations), and prioritize impactful solutions.
Champion improvements to the tech stack and development workflows to prepare for rapid growth.

Required
7+ years of experience in senior development roles, with a focus on leadership, strategy, and scalability.
Startup or high-growth environment experience, with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity.
A track record of mentoring and building high-performing teams.
An ability to foster an innovative and adaptive team culture.
Deep experience with Backend: Laravel, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis.
Deep experience with Frontend: Vue.js (and familiarity with legacy jQuery and Bootstrap).
Eagerness to integrate emerging tools and technologies, including AI.
Preferred
Familiarity with capital raising and strategic decision-making is a strong plus.
