Responsibilities

Customer support: Serve as the primary technical contact for customer issues, working alongside L2 support to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
Sales collaboration: Partner with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and promote new Nebius products and advanced services.
Product liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, relaying customer feedback, feature requests, and product updates to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder management: Engage and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolution of customer challenges.

Required

5+ years of experience as a technical manager, cloud solutions architect, customer engineer or a similar technical role with a focus on cloud services and being a single point of technical expertise for users
Hands-on experience with IaC and configuration management tools (preferably Terraform/Ansible), Kubernetes, skills of writing code in Python
Understanding of GPU computing practices for ML training and inference workloads, GPU software stack components, including drivers, libraries (e.g., CUDA, OpenCL)
Excellent communication skills
Customer-centric mindset

Preferred

Hands-on experience with HPC/ML orchestration frameworks (e.g., Slurm, Kubeflow)
Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Solid understanding of cloud ML tools landscape from industry leaders (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, Google)
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver on deadlines.
Experience mentoring technical teams
Proficiency in stakeholder negotiation to support effective problem resolution
