Responsibilities
Solution Design : Develop comprehensive technology solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring they enhance the efficiency of revenue cycle operations.
Workflow Optimization : Analyze existing revenue cycle processes to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to understand their needs and ensure solutions are effectively integrated into their workflows.
Technical Leadership : Provide guidance on technical decisions, assessing the operational and financial impacts of proposed solutions.
Project Management : Oversee the implementation of RCM projects from planning through to Go-Live, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain thorough documentation of architectural designs and project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders regularly.

Required
A minimum of 8 years in IT or healthcare technology, with a focus on revenue cycle management systems.
Proficiency in IT architecture, cloud development, and software design.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is essential.
Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and workflows to inform decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience with specific RCM software solutions (e.g., Cerner, Epic).
Background in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Certification in relevant areas such as IT architecture or healthcare management.
