Responsibilities

Provide technical support Oracle Cloud HCM

Provide incident and problem assessments based on requests reported by MSG contacts

Provide technical assistance for modifications to configuration items

Facilitate Oracle Service Request process from report to resolution

Provide guidance on updates, break/fixes and/or new functionality from future Oracle releases/updates

Provide support coverage for the following: Priority 1 / Priority 2 / Priority 3 requests

Critical job failures request remediation

Respond to Incidents, Requests and notifications

Collaborate with Oracle to resolve any Oracle SRs in alignment with MSG business and provide required RCA/Recommended Oracle Recommendations to MSG

Perform root cause analysis on top/recurring requests

Provide request tracking and communication

Serve as Tier 1 / Tier 2 Support

Advise and consult on development initiatives

Provide ad hoc support and collaboration with MSG application leads
