The role involves ensuring quality project delivery, gathering requirements, and managing end-to-end implementations of D365FO, while providing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements
Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced
Demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
Involvement in full end-to-end implementations
Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
Assist with (or lead) the gathering and documentation of functional requirements
Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation
Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs
Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities
Qualification
Required
Degree Level of Education
Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module
A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy or 1 end to end implementation
Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies
Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps
Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle
Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO
Strong Client Relationship Management
Good communication and presentation skills
Agile learner
