Responsibilities

Produce project-related materials, including slides, status updates, release schedules, etc.
Create project plan, clarify, and communicate objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, flow of info.
Clarify project team operating mechanisms, including storage of project materials, and meeting mgmt.
Facilitate project calls and keep stakeholders informed of decisions, progress, issues, risks, timeline
Work with Sponsors to identify how we’ll know the project is successful and identify how best to measure
Identify and track tasks, deadlines, risks, actions, issues, decisions - escalate issues where required
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs/requirements and help facilitate understanding between project members to keep project running smoothly
Mitigate risk and keep the project on track
Monitor vendor invoicing for accuracy and to ensure efficient use of vendor resources
Work with project team to identify change mgmt. needs and develop communications and training plans
Connect with HR PMO on parallel workstreams to ensure alignment and clarity of responsibilities
Drive project close activities, including retrospective/lessons-learned, project close report

Experience with project management methodologies and techniques
Experience with applicable business processes sufficient to communicate and consult with team members, customers and management
Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects in a business and/or technology environment.
Experience with risk management
Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects
Experience with managing project plans and budgets
Experience with facilitating meetings
Good verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation
Knowledge of communication, statusing, and Project Management tools to create project documents and reports.
Excellent communicator and ability to facilitate conversations with varying levels within the organization/vendors
Ability to synthesize complex information
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills – and ability to customize messages based on audience (e.g., executives, people doing the work, managers)
Strong Excel skills
Generally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
