Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives, ensuring adequate staffing levels and skillset alignment to meet customer demands and operational targets.
Oversee the forecasting and scheduling process, utilizing historical data, trends, and predictive analytics to ensure optimal resource allocation across various departments. Adjust forecasts based on business needs, seasonal demands, or other factors.
Analyze workforce performance data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures. Develop and implement strategies to optimize labor utilization and ensure maximum productivity.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for workforce management. Regularly review metrics related to staffing, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of workforce management systems (WFM) and related tools (e.g., scheduling software, forecasting tools, labor management systems). Ensure systems integrate seamlessly with other business operations.
Lead and mentor a team of workforce management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous professional development. Foster a collaborative environment to improve team engagement and performance.
Work closely with senior leadership, HR, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals and ensure consistent communication across departments.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on workforce performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency. Use data-driven analysis to recommend actionable improvements and solutions.
Ensure all workforce management practices comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Address any workforce-related issues, such as compliance violations or conflicts, in a timely manner.

Required
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in workforce management, with a proven track record of managing large teams and implementing workforce strategies in fast-paced environments.
Experience with workforce management software and systems (e.g., Kronos, Ceridian, SAP, or other WFM tools) is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data analytics to improve workforce productivity and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of KPIs and metrics related to workforce management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferred
A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Workforce Management certifications) is a plus.
