Responsibilities
Manage the portfolio of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Employ Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project delivery, from requirements gathering to release management.
Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning sessions to establish project roadmaps and priorities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership through regular updates and presentations.
Implement DevOps practices to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Oversee quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Manage change effectively by implementing robust change management processes and ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to understand their needs and expectations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an IT Program Manager in the CRO/Pharma industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
Agile Process and big program experience a must.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency in DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automation, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with QA and testing procedures, including test automation frameworks and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and mitigate risks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
Preferred
Master's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
Life sciences experience a plus.
