Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of Orkes' platform, architecture, and capabilities to act as a subject matter expert.
Partner with sales representatives to engage with prospects, assess their needs, and provide tailored demonstrations of Orkes solutions.
Lead compelling presentations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to showcase the value of Orkes to diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and design effective solutions leveraging Orkes' platform.
Partner with Orkes’ product and engineering team to map customer requirements and own rapid buildout of compelling solution demonstrations to showcase Orkes’ value proposition to customer
Partner with sales executives, marketing and product teams to own the timely completion of Orkes’ winning response to customer RFIs and RFPs
Act as a voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Work closely with sales, customer support, product, and engineering teams to drive deals to closure and ensure customer success.
Drive customer training of Orkes platform, offering best practices and guidance on optimizing customer workflow development by leveraging latest capabilities such as GenAI and Advanced Human-Tasks.

Required
Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent in mapping customer requirements to rapidly visualize compelling solutions leveraging Orkes’ platform capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with Workflow development and APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Prior experience working with open-source software or communities.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system integrations.
Preferred
Experience with orchestration tools, workflow engines, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
