Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers of employment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry specific channels, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, promptly addressing inquiries, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Work with third-party vendors to source and manage recruitment services, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools (Workday experience preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Access, and Word)
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Adaptability and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
