Responsibilities
Accurately input data into our systems based on client requirements and standards
Maintain and update data records, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Perform data verification and cross-referencing to ensure accuracy
Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors
Support the team in compiling and sorting data for analysis and reporting purposes
Adhere to data protection and confidentiality policies always
Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures
Keep up-to-date with advancements in data entry technologies and tools
Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role
Proficiency in data entry and typing, with an eye for detail
Familiarity with data entry software and systems, such as spreadsheets and databases
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Understanding of data confidentiality and information security standards
