Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and productivity

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business systems and processes

Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide insights on how to align business strategies with technology solutions

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth

Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of business plans and make necessary adjustments

Develop and present reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations

Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to improve business operations

Continuously monitor and assess the impact of changes on business processes and recommend modifications as needed
