Responsibilities
Identifying, cultivating, and stewarding mid-level donors, including the Navy SEAL Foundation Trident Society (Young Professional Network in the Northeast)
Manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, ensuring timely and personalized communication.
Develop and implement strategies to upgrade mid-level donors to major donors.
Track and report on donor engagement activities using the Foundation’s CRM system.
Support the Regional Director in planning and executing regional stewardship/cultivation events and activities.
Coordinate logistics for stewardship events, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up communications.
Assist with the preparation of materials and presentations.
Conduct research on potential donors and funding opportunities within the region.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the Foundation’s database.
Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and progress toward goals.
Handle donor inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure donor satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks to support the Regional Director and the development team.
Draft donor communications, including regional updates, committee emails, etc.
Ensure consistent and effective messaging aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Communications) or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in G-Suite.
Willingness to learn NSF systems, including an advanced cloud-based CRM and online fundraising platform.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling donor information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the mission of the Navy SEAL Foundation and a commitment to supporting the Naval Special Warfare community.
Preferred
Sales, accounting or marketing experience is a plus.
