Responsibilities

Serve as the sole point of contact for operational services pertaining to a Client Success client

Prioritize client satisfaction and report on service-related metrics

Manage project activities and inspire delivery teams to achieve excellence

Take accountability for delivery, profitability, renewals, and overall client satisfaction

Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities

Proficient project management skills

Ability to analyze and report on service-related metrics

Demonstrated leadership aptitude

Experience in managing client relationships

Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services environment

In-depth understanding of software solutions and client management

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management or operational services

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred

Professional certification in project management or client relationship management is advantageous
