Responsibilities
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, driving continuous improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing short-term and long-term operational strategies.
Contribute to resource allocation, capacity planning, and prioritization of key initiatives.
Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Serve as a point of escalation for operational challenges and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets.
Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-efficiency.
Support financial planning by analyzing operational costs and identifying areas for savings.
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Engage with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational needs.
Represent the organization at meetings and events as required.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field
5 or more years of Financial planning & analysis experience
Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Advanced skills including well-rounded understanding of estimating, financial analyzing and financial planning
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, conditional formulas)
Working in a fast-paced environment
Must be extremely organized and have the ability to respond to sudden changes in priorities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
