Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to project performance.
Develop detailed project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Track project progress and identify risks or issues.
Evaluate project workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Facilitate meetings and document key discussions, action items, and decisions.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Ensure projects adhere to regulatory or organizational compliance standards.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project analysis or project management.
Journeyman level experience in MS Project and Jira
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement credentials are a plus.
Certified Scrum Master under the list of preferred certifications
