Responsibilities
Manage the execution of underwriting strategies and hold the team accountable for implementation.
Support/collaborate on region sales and marketing initiatives, assisting with new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Educate agents on products, services, as well as underwriting strategies and product marketing.
Ability to successfully negotiate on all levels with both internal and external partners and nurture key producer relations.

Required
7+ years of Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriting Experience
Proven track record of building strong business relationships with agents and insureds
Strong communication, analytical skills, and business acumen
Preferred
1+ years of Underwriting Leadership experience
Loss control/Risk services knowledge, understanding concepts, practices, terms is a plus
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
