Responsibilities
Define product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with design teams to craft exceptional user experiences.
Partner with engineering to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
Conduct market research and data analysis to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operations teams to execute product strategies.
Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive ROI-based decisions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead product development from concept to launch
A passion for innovative design with a solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a hands-on approach
Preferred
Experience in fintech or banking-related products
Familiarity with cross-border financial solutions
Knowledge of compliance, risk, or underwriting processes
