Responsibilities

Develop data-driven presentations for executives, incorporating insights and recommendations from financial and operational data.

Build financial models and conduct analyses to evaluate the potential effects of changes in areas such as staffing, patient access, productivity, payer mix, clinical quality, workflows, risk adjustment, and revenue cycle management.

Create, and maintain customized dashboards and reporting needs across the organization

Apply systematic analytical techniques to distill key insights and present actionable recommendations to physicians and operational teams.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that increase the scalability and efficiency of the analytics team’s deliverables.

Become the subject matter expert on operations metrics and reporting functions.
