Responsibilities
Be responsible for the Partner Sales in US, Canada, and Mexico
Manage and grow existing Partner Channel Sales, Develop new Partner Channel Sales accounts and OEM projects.
Report and analyze the US sales market for our partner sales channel.
Be the key driver in meeting the sales forecast.
Be responsible for effective sales management.
Achieve sales targets.
Be the key driver in the development of existing / new key partner sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key high-profile customers and sales partners at both senior and mid-management levels.
Provide sales support at conferences and Exhibitions.
Provide timely accurate Sales / Forecast figures. Manage sales effectively through CRM system.

Required
Ideally degree in business management with some engineering/technical background or relevant field.
Minimum five years, industrial automation experience in Sales / Technical support.
Previous experience sales experience is required.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Travel requirement (approximately 50%) visit existing and new customers and have current passport.
Training opportunities may occur outside the Americas willingness to travel overseas.
Preferred
Experience with machine vision products and solutions - preferred.
Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
