Responsibilities
Review incoming member messages during the absence of Senior Planners, assessing the urgency of the request and determining the best course of action.
Efficiently synthesize member needs and collaborate with team members to coordinate solutions.
Meet with members on an as-needed basis to address their inquiries and provide recommended next steps during their planner's absence.
Master in-house tools to assist fellow planners in building plans.
Guide members through the implementation of their financial plans by utilizing messaging and available tools to address questions and motivate them to take action.
Manage a small group of members as the sole planner, guiding them through the entire planning process and inspiring them to act on provided advice.
Effectively manage your calendar, time, and tasks to ensure efficiency.

Required
CFP® designation
1+ years of member-facing financial planning experience
Strong follow-up and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections with members
Exceptional time management and communication skills—these attributes are key to success in this role
Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
