Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and target telecommunications operators to drive new sales opportunities.
Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within telcos, including CTOs , Network Engineering, Network Operations and Procurement Leaders .
Solution Selling: Present and position Generative AI , AAA, PCF, PCRF, and Carrier Wi-Fi solutions to address telco-specific challenges, including network optimization, scalability, and customer experience enhancement.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including 5G, IoT, cloud-native technologies, and the evolution of carrier-grade solutions.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitive activity and position our solutions as superior alternatives in the market.
Customer Insights: Understand and address the unique pain points of telcos related to network policy control, authentication, and service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into solution development.
Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing visibility into pipeline health and revenue projections.
Team Contribution: Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for colleagues within the sales organization.

Required
10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on telecommunications solutions.
Deep expertise in selling AAA, PCF, PCRF, Carrier Wi-Fi, or similar network solutions.
Familiarity with telco architecture, including policy and charging systems, authentication mechanisms, and carrier-grade Wi-Fi deployments.
Understanding of cloud-native technologies and their impact on modern telco operations.
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets, particularly within telecom operators.
Established relationships within telco organizations, including C-level and technical stakeholders.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment.
