Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.

Configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Time & Labor, and Payroll.

Drive system integration for acquisitions and payroll consolidation initiatives.
