Responsibilities
Collaborate with agency leaders across creative, studio, media, account service, strategy, and e-commerce teams.
Work with the award-winning creative team on brainstorming, concept ideation, and tactical execution.
Interact with account, strategy, media, and project managers.
Gain an understanding of the fast-growing commerce marketing industry.
Participate in the day-to-day life of an Art Director and work on actual name-brand clients.

Required
Rising Senior, Graduating in May or Grad Student
Majors in complementary fields: Design, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design
Available for 40 hours a week 9-5 for the 10-week program (June 2- Aug 8)
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Come from a place of curiosity and want to learn more

Have a Portfolio
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Software
Experience with an agency or related field
Organization and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn and process information
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Team player
Travel to St. Louis is required for two specific weeks: Kickoff Week: The week of June 2nd, Closing Week: The week of August 4th
