Responsibilities

Providing system-wide assistance in the implementation and development of MultiCare’s program to oversee third party audits/monitoring reviews

Contracted privacy support

Manages third party privacy related projects and initiatives

Serves as a subject matter expert to provide project consultation across the organization in the matters of privacy, data, and civil rights

Communicates expert guidance and consultation on federal, state, and local regulations/requirements to all levels of leadership and department staff.

Required

CHC or CHPC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance, Privacy, or Security) or comparable certification required

Six (6) years of professional experience in Healthcare, with three (3) years of compliance (including government oversight, ERM, audit, contracting or legal), privacy or security experience required

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Certification in ADA, DEI or related area preferred
