Responsibilities
Leading client deployments, including the management of project schedules and regular client status calls
Learning and employing baseline expertise of a range of Paytronix technologies to configure software for clients based on clients’ program designs
Translating client marketing requirements into rule-based technical solutions
Mitigating risk to implementations projects and working to proactively communicate said risks
Managing Salesforce data related to your launch projects, including expected Launch Dates
Working together in a team environment both internally and externally with client and partner teams
Building rapport and relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
Communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone and through email
Occasionally working with the Paytronix engineering team on feature requirements, voice of the customer and testing
If applicable: traveling less than 5% out of the Boston-based office.

Required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
1-3 years of technical client-facing experience
Technically minded and detail-oriented background with a passion for problem solving
BS or BA degree and/or relevant work experience within the computer and/or IT industry
Well-honed verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, IT networking experience
Preferred
Experience in the restaurant industry and/or with point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of software development and testing
Account management experience with customers
Strong experience with Financial Force, SmartSheet or MS Project applications
