Responsibilities
Utilize hands-on experience in GCP, including services such as Big Query, Cloud Compute, Cloud Run, and API Gateway.
Configure and manage GCP resources, including IAM permissions and Terraform deployments.
End-to-end ML solution delivery: data collection, quality assessment, problem formulation, algorithm selection, model development, deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
Leverage GCP tools such as TensorFlow, CAIP, DLVM, NLP Notebook, Python Notebook, Data Exploration Services, and Data Visualizations for ML workflows.
Integrate advanced analytics and data visualization tools, including Tableau and RStudio.
Utilize Google AI services, such as Vertex AI, Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech.
Plan, organize, and direct the completion of AI and ML projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-compliant delivery.
Evaluate and present cost and trade-off analyses for various ML options.
Monitor and remove project impediments, manage risks, and dependencies to ensure project success.
Apply Agile methodology, facilitating ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Foster a cooperative and creative work environment to drive team performance.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of AI solutions.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for customer technical issues.
Ensure high standards of quality and service by adhering to commitments and regularly reviewing deliverables.
Apply ADO (Azure DevOps) practices and ensure compliance with quality measures.
Translate technical aspects of AI and ML solutions into business language for stakeholders.
Effectively present findings, recommendations, and project updates to internal teams and clients.

Required
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with GCP services, with expertise in AI/ML tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in Python for AI/ML model development and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with related tools.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate costs and trade-offs in ML solution design.
Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep, holistic and nuanced understanding of the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on the provider space.
Preferred
Familiarity with healthcare provider systems and challenges.
Experience with Smart Analytics & AI workflows on GCP.
Knowledge of data governance and compliance in healthcare.
