Required

Proven experience deploying and managing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (version 4 preferred)

Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures

Expertise in platform automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools

Proficiency in Linux administration and networking fundamentals

Experience with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Helm

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Red Hat certifications (e.g., OpenShift Administrator or Architect) preferred

Working knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and microservices architecture

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

Knowledge of IT security standards and practices related to containerization
