Responsibilities

Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email, webinars, content syndication, and social media to drive lead generation.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead-nurturing strategies and drip campaigns to keep leads engaged and advance them through the sales funnel.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to refine and optimize strategies.
Email Marketing: Manage and execute targeted email campaigns, working closely with sales to segment audiences and deliver relevant content that drives engagement and leads.
Lead Qualification Enhancement: Use research tools to assess and improve lead quality, ensuring alignment with target personas and increasing conversion potential.
Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team on the promotion and execution of webinars, hands-on labs, and other events, using these as demand generation levers.
Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with sales goals, and facilitate smooth lead handoffs through CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven campaign optimization and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred

Familiarity with virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or data center solutions is a plus.
