Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between Valon and external servicers to manage the timely execution of transfer-related activities, including, but not limited to: Delivering data files. Delivering document images. Scheduling and leading weekly calls between internal and external transfer teams. Consolidating outbound questions and/or distributing inbound questions from or to the appropriate Valon department or team. Managing timely responses to questions from both internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and set up loan batches according to internal processes and procedures.

Gain an understanding of common boarding file types in order to better create reports and field questions from affiliated teams.

Complete data quality control and validation exercises.

Support Servicing Transfers department-wide audit requests.
