Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and respond to security and usability concerns

Provide technical support for software related concerns our users encounter

Troubleshoot issues and communication of system outages

Setup accounts and ensures users have appropriate permissions and security access to perform job function

Maintain system and data integrity

Perform system audits and present findings in clear, concise, and well-documented reports

Assist with Data Analysis as appropriate

Communicate and engage with business partners/departments on issues that require attention

Maintain compliance with QSR and ISO regulations and Medline policies and procedures at all times

Required

Experience with QMS or Quality related SW

Business system administration experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Internet applications

Customer Service Skills

Previous System Administration Experience (2yrs)

Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)/ or EtQ Reliance

Quality Management System (QMS): 1 year (Required)
