Responsibilities
Run discovery calls with Prospects, and act as Primary Contact throughout response
Proposal management & coordination of solution with Practice Leads
Create brief, align on win strategy, package price options and narrative for the proposed approach
Scoping with Project Management team and Practice Leads
Deliver Proposal, present to the client and capture feedback and questions
Establish next steps, negotiate terms with Client
Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies.
Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Design and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with growth leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to adjust forecasts and plans as needed.
Support the annual growth planning process
Oversee the management and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency within the CRM.
Train and support the sales team on CRM usage and best practices.
Provide tools and resources to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales have the necessary materials and information.
Run lead response programs and follow up.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and other departments.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
8-10+ years of experience in Client Services or Sales roles for agencies/consultancies.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Copper.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and activate upon data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
