Responsibilities

Actively participate in customer calls, providing live support to ensure the smooth implementation of Healthie's platform

Help guide customers through best practices for API configuration

Ensure customers achieve optimal integration and get the most out of the platform

Work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor custom solutions that meet those requirements

Build strong, personalized relationships with customers to help them succeed and foster long-term partnerships

Develop and maintain seamless integrations between Healthie and third-party partners

Ensure compatibility and top performance of the platform

Collaborate closely with the Product team, sharing valuable feedback gathered from customer interactions
