Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Develop and execute comprehensive plans within scope, timeline, and budget.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Resolve conflicts and drive alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison with business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders. Provide updates, manage risks, and facilitate requirements workshops.
Risk & Budget Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Manage budgets, optimize resources, and oversee vendor contracts.
Technical Oversight: Ensure projects meet technical requirements, oversee system integrations, and maintain quality standards through robust testing.
Performance Reporting: Track KPIs, maintain documentation, and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Required

4-6 years in IT project management, with a focus on mid-to-large-scale technology projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Preferred

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
