Responsibilities
1 year of Experience in Medical, Social, and Insurance Interpretation is a must (Financial and Medical preferred).

Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Medical interpreter, specializing in OPI, VRI, Live interpretation, or Face-to-Face interpretation.
1 year of Experience in Medical, Social, and Insurance Interpretation is a must (Financial and Medical preferred).
Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Experience in interpretation or related field
Ability to adapt to different accents, dialects, and cultural nuances
Strong listening and comprehension skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work independently and remotely
Technical Requirements: USB Headsets, LAN Ethernet connection, PC with i3 7th gen and above or Ryzen 3000 series and above, minimum 8 GB of RAM
Preferred
Knowledge of industry-specific terminology is a plus
Previous customer service experience is beneficial
