Crafting and optimizing data models to support our business objectives and improve data availability and reliability
Working with HR Data Warehousing Projects and HR Data Model
Understanding various entities within HR i.e. Region, Country, Currency, Contact, Mail, Email, Address, Profession, Title, Role, Salary/Compensation, Activity, Events, Job application, Offer, Affiliation, Position, Profile, etc
Understanding employee benefits, rewards and performance criteria
Understanding Transactional HR Activities
Understanding Strategic Partner Activities
Understanding Interpersonal Structure and Functional Alignment
Understanding the data granularity within the entities mentioned above
Understanding the relationship between the entities mentioned above
Having knowledge in reporting features within HR

Required
10 to 12 years of experience in HR Data Modeling
Strong background in SQL Developer Data Modeler
Experience working in the HR domain
Extensive knowledge and experience in working with HR Data Warehousing Projects
Extensive knowledge and experience in HR Data Model
Understanding of various entities within HR i.e. Region, Country, Currency, Contact, Mail, Email, Address, Profession, Title, Role, Salary/Compensation, Activity, Events, Job application, Offer, Affiliation, Position, Profile, etc
Understanding of employee benefits, rewards and performance criteria
Understanding of Transactional HR Activities
Understanding of Strategic Partner Activities
Understanding of Interpersonal Structure and Functional Alignment
Understanding of the data granularity within the entities mentioned above
