Responsibilities
Perform reconciliation of financial documentation for real estate properties using our industry-leading technology.
Assist and support clients in utilizing our software effectively to manage their real estate investments.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on optimizing their use of our platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Gain and maintain a deep understanding of our software capabilities and updates to provide informed support to clients.

Required
Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate
