Responsibilities
Evaluate and monitor data quality including exception and error handling at a complex level.
Research data discrepancies and address issues by working with our clients and cross functional partners to resolve errors/issues.
Communicate with internal and external clients and vendors to provide support regarding file specifications and data quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
Develop, maintain and provide documentation on processes, scripts and case resolution procedures for future reference or use.
Provide guidance and training for new team members on file processing, exception and error handling.
Acquire/enhance application expertise to become more knowledgeable about evolving system analysis, programming and database technology.
Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years of technical work experience involving data management/integrations
Ability to analyze and monitor data updates to ensure integrity of data, working with electronic files
Experienced working in a client facing environment
Able to drive results and display a sense of urgency
Able to interact effectively with team members, clients, developers and other staff
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Able to adapt to the changing demands of business
Advanced analytical thinker with the ability to quickly assess client and systems issues
Experience with SFTP and APIs
Experience building and mapping data file imports & exports
Strong spreadsheet skills
Preferred
Experience with working with public sector customer
Experience with HR and/or TMS software and relative processes
Experience with Saas technology model
Familiarity with HRIS, Benefits, G/L, Payroll, Time/Attendance and 834 integrations
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
