Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for Contact Center, IVR, Chatbot, SMS, and email channels.
Create and implement automated scripts using python for end-to-end testing.
Work with the Cyara tool and assist in transitioning testing strategies to Gen AI-based scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, managers) to ensure seamless integration of automation into the testing lifecycle.
Conduct both manual and automated testing as needed to verify the functionality and performance of features across various channels.
Identify, track, and report issues, bugs, and anomalies using standard bug tracking tools.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, scripts, and results.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI-based automation and apply them to improve testing efficiency.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Required

5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
Strong background in testing Genesys, WFM, Google (CCI, CCAI, CCIP), Cyara (testing), IVR, Call Center metrics
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Contact Center, IVR, Chatbot, SMS, and email channels
Create and implement automated scripts using python for end-to-end testing
Work with the Cyara tool and assist in transitioning testing strategies to Gen AI-based scripts
